Managed IT support for Western Sydney businesses

IT support with guaranteed response times, and the price agreed before any work starts

Most businesses come to Digitek IT after being let down by their previous provider. We refresh your setup, secure every device and account, and stay on top of it so you stop being the IT person in your own business.

See what a proper IT setup would cost your business

Four quick questions, then pick a time to talk with Jim. Takes about two minutes.

No pressure and no sales pitch. A real person gets back to you the same business day, Monday to Friday.

Sound familiar?

You are paying for IT support, but you are still the one chasing it

Support tickets sit for days, so staff work around the problem or wait
Nobody can clearly explain what you are paying for each month
Staff use personal email and shared logins because nobody set them up properly
Files live on USB sticks, personal OneDrives and one person's laptop
Computers are a mix of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Home, none of them managed or properly secured
The initial setup was never finished, and the invoices never look the same twice

Then what happens? You end up googling the fix yourself at 7pm, a customer email goes unanswered because the inbox is down, and your staff quietly stop reporting problems because nothing gets fixed anyway. That is not an IT problem. That is a provider problem, and it does not have to be that way.

How Digitek is different

Three things your current provider probably does not do

1 hr

Guaranteed response times, in writing

Critical issues get a response within one hour. Every other request has a guaranteed response time too, and it is written into your agreement rather than left to chance. You hear back from a person who can help, not an auto-reply and a ticket number.

$ first

A clear price and plan before any work begins

We quote the work up front, explain exactly what is included, and make sure you understand what you are paying for. No surprise invoices, no lock-in contract.

24/7

Monitoring that catches problems before you do

Your devices, updates and security are watched around the clock. Most issues are fixed before your team notices, which is the opposite of waiting for something to break.

Our guaranteed response times

Every ticket is given a priority, and each priority has a response time we commit to in your agreement.

What a proper IT refresh includes

A scattered setup made simple, secure and easy to manage

Every business is quoted on what it actually needs. These are the pieces that most refreshes include.

Every device managed, Windows and Apple

PCs upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, and Macs, iPhones and iPads enrolled and managed too, so every device is set up the same way and can be supported remotely.

Monitoring and security

Remote monitoring plus business-grade protection for email, internet access and devices, with updates applied for you.

A Microsoft 365 account for every staff member

No more shared logins or personal Gmail. Each person gets their own secured account, and access is removed the day they leave.

Microsoft Teams for communication

Chat, calls and document collaboration in one place instead of texts, emails and USB sticks.

Files in one secure place

Documents centralised in SharePoint and OneDrive with the right people having the right access, backed up properly.

Password management and email signatures

Secure shared passwords, multi-factor authentication and consistent signatures so the business looks and works like one team.

Real client results

What it looked like for three Western Sydney businesses

Different industries, the same pattern. A scattered setup, then a refresh that gave the business a proper foundation.

Kelso Doors

Before Digitek

  • A mix of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Home computers, none managed
  • Shared email accounts across staff
  • Limited communication systems
  • Files transferred between people on USB sticks

After the refresh

  • Every machine upgraded to Windows 11 Pro and brought under management
  • An individual, secured account for every staff member
  • Communication moved into Microsoft Teams
  • Documents centralised for easier and safer collaboration

Garth, a recruiter with overseas staff

Before Digitek

  • No overseas staff yet, and no controls in place to bring them on safely
  • No conditional access policies, so company data could be opened from anywhere
  • Personal OneDrive accounts used for sharing documents

After the refresh

  • Teams set up and shared properly between local and overseas staff
  • Overseas staff work inside an Australian-hosted Cloud PC, ready to use with all apps loaded in about four hours
  • Company data can only be reached through the Cloud PC. A personal computer is blocked

Caring Supports, NDIS provider

Before Digitek

  • IT bills nobody would explain, with questions pointed back to the contract
  • Staff logging in with local accounts and personal Microsoft accounts set as administrators, some laptops still on Windows Home
  • Disorganised SharePoint, no email security or web filtering, and a provider in another state who could not come on site

After the refresh

  • Transparent pricing and billing, and local onsite support when it is needed
  • Every laptop on Windows Professional with staff signed in on work accounts, and proper onboarding and offboarding
  • Structured Teams and SharePoint, email security, and Microsoft 365 backed up offsite
Jim and the team made the process easy and collaborative. We were extremely happy with the service.
Helen, Kelso Doors

Avani's story

Avani came to Digitek after her previous provider gave no upfront pricing, sent inconsistent invoices and never finished the initial setup. She got a clear quote, a plan she could follow, and a setup that was actually completed.

What clients tell us afterwards

The most common thing we hear once the change is made is "we wish we had done it sooner". Not because the technology is exciting, but because the interruptions stop.

Common questions

You may be thinking this sounds expensive or complicated

How much does a proper IT setup cost?

It depends on how many people and devices you have and what state things are in now, which is exactly what the call is for. You will leave it with a clear indication of the cost, and nothing is charged until you have approved a written quote.

We are only a small team. Is this overkill?

No. Most of the businesses we work with have between 1 and 30 staff. Small businesses are often the most exposed because they hold valuable data with nobody watching it. The setup is sized to you, not sold as a fixed bundle.

Will switching interrupt our email or files?

Moves are planned, tested and staged so your team keeps working. You get an implementation plan in plain English before anything changes.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. There is no lock-in term and no fixed contract period. Your agreement runs month to month, and if you ever want to end it you give us 30 days notice. You stay because the service is worth staying for, not because a contract says you have to.

We already have someone who "does our IT". Why change?

If they put response times in writing, quote before they start and keep your devices patched and secured, keep them. If tickets sit for days and nobody can explain the invoice, a 30-minute call will show you what you are missing.

Where are you based and who do you support?

Digitek is based in Western Sydney and supports businesses across Penrith, Parramatta, the Hills and greater Sydney, with remote support available Australia-wide.

Every day without proper systems costs you time, money and staff patience
